Brunhilda and the Dark Crystal Update

Tag: GeneralMaciek @ 6:05 am

I’d like to give you an update on the latest developments surrounding Brunhilda and to give a short sneak peak of what’s coming up. First of all, the game is already out and available for purchase at the official Brunhilda game website. It’s still a soft-launch, which means that it will still take some time before the game is released on the major casual game portals. Unfortunately I can’t give any numbers, but I can tell that this is the fastest selling game on www.codeminion.com that we had so far.

Another thing I would like you to know about is that today we are starting a contest for best ideas for the Brunhilda Sequel. Yes, it’s official! We are already working on the next Brunhilda game, and I’m happy to report that the game will be developed by TwinBottles, authors of original Brunhilda. You can find details about the Brunhilda 2 contest here. If you have ideas about what you’d like to see in the sequel don’t hesitate and fill the form, as the authors of best ideas will authors of best and most creative ideas will get free copies of Brunhilda 2 and will have a chance to see their designs come to life.

Fist Brunhilda reviews are appearing on the Internet. You can read some of them here:

More reviews will come soon, as we have sent many review copies of the game to varuius websites. As you can see, the reviews above are not as enthusiastic as the ones Saqqarah had, but we’re happy that gamers seem to have better opinion on the game.

And as promised, a short sneak peak of what’s coming up:
• Brunhilda 1.26 is already in testing and will feature game mode selection (casual and adventure)
• Brunhilda localized versions (French, German and Spanish will be first, other languages will follow)
• Brunhilda for Mac (we’re working hard on it, so please be patient!)
• Brunhilda for iPad (this will take some time, but we think it will be great to play Brunhilda on the Apple tablet)

And of course don’t forget Brunhilda 2, which is currently in preproduction and you can be part of it, by submitting your ideas here.
